Orders

Your order will be shipped within 2-3 days of your payment being processed. Larger orders such as wholesale or custom orders may take longer to ship. Custom orders can take 2-3 weeks to create and and ship.

Payment

We currently accept Mastercard,Visa, and Discover. You may also process your payment via Paypal, with any major credit card. Checks and money orders (wholesale orders only) may also be made payable to redraven studios.

Shipping

We currently ship primarily through the USPS, priority mail. We do ship internationally, at the most reasonable rates possible. Redraven studios is not responsible for any customs fees or duties that may apply to international orders. It is strongly suggested that you check with your customs office before placing an international order.

Return Policy

Any unworn, in tact item may be returned for a full refund if you are not happy with your purchase. All items must be returned to us with in ten days of purchase. If the items show any signs of wear, a refund can not be issued. Once we receive your returned item, a refund will be issued to you, less the costs of your shipping. All sale, custom, and wholesale purchases are final.
